I absolutely love visiting Anna Maria Island and one of the things I like to do most is walk around and check out all the sights and shops.  This is why Bridge Street in Anna Maria Island is perfect!

Eclectic shops, great eateries, and fun activities make Bridge Street and Bridge Street Pier the liveliest place on Anna Maria Island.

This is vintage Florida at its best.

There is plenty to entertain, from live music and fresh seafood to boutique shopping.

Whether you have money to spend on tours or simply want a place to stroll or take photos, Bridge Street is the place to be.

Check out the shops, eat gelato and fudge, or challenge your friends to a fun game of mini golf.

Things To Do At Bridge Street And Bridge Street Pier

1. Enjoy The Pier

The iconic Bridge Street Pier is worth seeing, even if all you do is walk to the end and laugh at the antics of sea birds.

Go fishing, relax on the benches or swings, or catch the sunrise or sunset.

2. Go Parasailing

Zoom over the waves on a Sea Rocket Water & Parasailing Adventure that you and your family will remember fondly for years.

You’ll launch from the back of the boat, soar into the serene air, then land back on the deck. You might even see dolphins and sharks.

3. Go Fishing Or Off-Shore Fishing

You can pick up whatever fishing gear you need at the Bridge Street Bait Shop, then drop your line along the pier.

Or, if you’re looking for something more intense, consider an off-shore fishing charter. AMI Saltwater Adventures is a great option.

4. Enjoy A Boat Tour

Cruise around Anna Maria Island looking for manatees and dolphins on a dolphin and boat tour.

Snorkel near sandbars and learn about the marine life around you from your captain.

5. Play Mini Golf

Lush landscaping, mist makers, and a koi pond distinguish The Fish Hole Miniature Golf, an 18-hole golf course that is a labor of love.

Extra rounds are available at a discount.

6. Treat Yourself To A Massage

Enjoy a quiet relaxing massage in a tiki hut at the Sea-renity Beach Spa & Bou-tiki.

7. Get Sweet Treats

What better time to indulge your sweet tooth than while you’re on vacation?

Gelato-Go

Creamy gelato in a wide variety of flavors, with friendly service on the side, makes Gelato-Go an ice cream go-to.

Fudge Factory

Calling chocoholics! If you’re craving fudge, chocolate-covered bacon, dipped pretzels, or other candy treats, the Fudge Factory is waiting.

8. Shop For Clothes, Jewelry, And More

There are plenty of fun and unique shops along Bridge Street. Here are a few to check out.

Back Alley Treasures

Shop for furniture, art, and accessories, or stop by for coffee and quick bites.

Beach Blossom Studio

Find Island-inspired art, jewelry, and clothing at the Beach Blossom Studio.

This is also a photography studio. Clients rave about the quality of Kristen’s photo skills. What a great way to capture memories.

Bridge Street Bazaar

At the Bridge Street Bazaar, you can find everything you need for a day at the beach: plush toys, puzzles, games, sunglasses, T-shirts, beachwear, and more.

Bridge Street Jewelers

Purchase classy one-of-a-kind jewelry pieces at Bridge Street Jewelers.

If you have damaged pieces, the jeweler here does repairs.

9. Enjoy The Waterfront Restaurants

One of my favorite Gulf restaurants is on the pier- The Anna Maria Island Oyster Bar.  This place is a must-visit if you like oysters and seafood.

Another great restaurant near the pier is the Bridge Tender Inn.  It has good food and awesome waterfront views.

Bridge Street Bistro is at the other end of the block but has amazing food and is just across the street from the Gulf!
